I went into The branch on Quadra and McKenzie to take care of some strata business. to Take care of some business related to my strata complex There was nobody in it and very few staff. The one person I talk to to get help said they had to leave immediately. They tried to get someone else to help me, but They were too busy, The bank person told me to come back another tomorrow. all in all, a very unsatisfactory experience, unhelpful, terrible Service and poor training. Thank goodness this is not my branch or my bank.

                                      I cannot access my account because of the two-step security recently implemented. They have not responded to my e-mail. What good is a bank if you cannot access your account? I would be better off putting my money in my matress
