Incompetent!!! Why am I speaking with someone in Pakistan about an account in Canada? Could hardly understand a word being said.

This bank has the worst policies and are exceptionally rigid. Use their online banking at your own peril. (i.e if you accidentally transfer money to a USD account instead of a bill-which is easy on their site as they bunch all of your accounts, bills, and e-interact contacts into a single menu- even after long holds, they will not error memo it out but will charge you the exchange rate both ways!) . To top it off they are nasty in defending their policies. BMO and TD deal with the same situations more pleasantly and their sites are less prone to errors.
